A student who join Roorkee Adventist college must pay all financial dues to the institute must be paid promptly at the time of admission. The college is not in a position to extend credits to student ; Therefore, before a student registers at the college, he/she must have a good understanding of his/her financial obligation and make sure that he/she is in position to meet these obligations promptly.
The student and his/her parent/guardian are required to enter into an agreement with the college to ensure that payment are made to the college promptly and all account are satisfactorily settled as per account statement issued by the college.
A student who has debt is denied future registration and permission to sit for the semester examination. A student who has a debit balance at the college will not be issued a transcript, diploma or degree, nor any statement regarding his/her status at the college
All fees for the semester should be paid promptly at the time of admission. None is refundable even though a student  has withdrawn or is dismissed during the semester. The detailed fee structure for each degree program can be procured from the Business Office
All remittance in payment of student in account should be made by the way of cash or bank draft in favor of ROORKEE ADVENTIST COLLEGE specifying the name and identity number of the student account to be credited. The remittance should be addressed to the Vice-President for Financial Affair or controller of student finance.No check will be accepted.
